By accessing or using Pashed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pashed is an AI-powered cover art generation platform for independent music artists. Users can generate, download, and use cover art for their music releases.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
4. Credits and Payments
Pashed operates on a credit system. Free accounts receive 500 credits. Paid subscriptions provide additional credits. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe.
5. Generated Content
You retain ownership of cover art you generate using Pashed. By using the Service, you grant Pashed a limited license to process your inputs to generate outputs. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content does not infringe third-party rights.
6. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Pashed to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party intellectual property. You may not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
Pashed shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
